For doing Parallel Bus decode Tektronix recommends using a MSO or MDO + MSO option Series oscilloscopes. This feature comes standard in the Bus menu and can be used in a variety of ways. Start by turning it on, selecting the channel and setting your Threshold levels. Next you can set features such as viewing as a HEX or binary to displaying in the Event Table.

NOTE: This video was created around the MSO4000B series scope but concepts can be applied similarly to all MSO and MDO series oscilloscopes.
