Contest Terms and Conditions

1. No purchase necessary.
2. The winner will be selected at random from all entries received between April 1, 2015 and April 20, 2015. The winners will have two weeks to respond and accept the prize from Tektronix. If the selected winners do not respond and accept the prize within the timeframe aforementioned, Tektronix will select a new winner.
3. This sweepstakes is open to anyone 18 years or older at the time of entry, who is a legal resident of the United States or Canada, provided however, that this sweepstakes is not open to residents of any jurisdiction where this sweepstakes is prohibited or restricted by applicable law. Sweepstakes is not open to residents of Puerto Rico and Quebec, Canada. By entering this sweepstakes, entrants agree to abide by these rules.
4. Any individual who has performed services for Tektronix, Inc. or its affiliates, directly or through an employer or other third party (for example, Tektronix employees, independent contractors, interns, Tektronix' vendors and distributors, and their employees and agents), and immediate family member or household members of such individual are not eligible to enter this sweepstakes.
5. The odds of winning this sweepstakes depends on the total number of entries received.
6. Any and all taxes and tax reporting related to the prize are the responsibility of the winner.>
7. Tektronix reserves the right to cancel this sweepstakes at any time prior to awarding the prizes. Tektronix also reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
