Is there a way to make the CW mode step in channel increments?

No. The CW mode can step in .1 or 1 MHz increments using the knob icon on the touch screen. Also a frequency can be entered directly using the keypad on the touch screen next to the Frequency window.
As close as you can come to automatic frequency jumps based on channels is to touch the Channel icon, where upon a drop down menu appears with the channel numbers (uplink and downlink) associated with the channel plan in use. Then select the channel number and touch the OK icon.
