For the P6470 TTL/CMOS probe+ what are the voltage levels with corresponding maximum sink and source current? And what are the typical voltage levels?

The P6470's voltage levels are programmable from 2.0 to 5.5V. The P6470 uses a 74LVC541A as data output driver for which it's specifications are: device output voltage level = 3.8V at Vcc=4.5V and 24mA current. Please refer to the TLA7PG2 specifications in the TLA700 section for further details.
