If the DL_DIO or DL_CT are the only objects for plug-in board access used in the project, then the DLL file (dynamic link library) that implements their functions will not be automatically included in your runtime by the packager. To resolve this, explicitly add the tpdlinx.dll file to your runtime (Add button next to 'choose files').
