Expanding Thermistor Temperature Measurements Using TSP Technology

Thermistors are commonly used to measure temperature because of their wide range of functionality and their accuracy. This application note explains how the Thermistor TSP app for Keithley's DAQ6510, DMM6500, and DMM7510 expands available thermistor types, with built in functionality to calculate the curve fitting coefficients and convert the data to temperature units.
